Florida incentives

Florida recently started one of the most aggressive solar rebate programs in the country. Under the Solar Energy System Incentives Program (click HERE to download the rebate application), residents of Florida are eligible for a $4/watt rebate up to $20,000. The rebate covers over 50% of the costs (more if it is a self-installation).

If you choose a 3366 watt solar system, you would be eligible for a $13,464 grant under the Florida program. In addition, you would be able to receive a $2,000 Federal Tax Credit bringing your total solar incentive to $15,464.
