Colorado offers rebates for solar installations through the electrical utility companies. Colorado has some of the highest rebates in the country that cover over 50% of the total costs (more if it is a self-installation). These rebates are as follows:

Xcel Energy Solar Rewards Program: $4.50/watt up to $45,000

Aquila On-Site Solar PV Rebate Program: $4.50/watt up to $45,000

Colorado Springs Utilities: $3.75/watt up to $37,500

If you are an Xcel customer and you choose a 3366 watt solar system, you would be eligible for a $15,147 grant under the Xcel program. In addition, you would be able to receive a $2,000 Federal Tax Credit bringing your total solar incentive to $17,147.
